                                                     Seminar & Debates
This College organizes seminars and debates regularly. UGC seminars of National level are organized and efforts are being made for organizing an International seminar in Bengali Literature. In organizing debates current issues are being given utmost importance. Care is taken for increasing awareness regarding burning social issues.
As we hold that education is not summed up in mere learning ,at present UGC Seminars, Debates & Quiz programmes on current issues are arranged regularly with a view to fostering a sense of academic and social responsibilities
                                                   Magazine and Journals

Diferent Magazines are published by different departments based on contributions by the teachers and students in a regular basis. Serious academic articles as well as literary pieces such as poems, short stories, short plays enrich the pages of the Magazines & journal. Below is the List of a few of those magazines:

To encourage the students to face real life practical examples,college offers different fileld work & excursion tour as per the course module. Most of the professors are engaged in research work and are in touch with several national & international journals.
